Joe's Paint & Body began life in the 1924 in downtown Boulder, Colorado. Located at 2250 Pearl Street, this stylish property has been a staple of the downtown area for almost 100 years. It's storied past is a showcase of the life this building has lived. The property is ready for its revival, whether that's a full blown development or a refresh of the exisiting building and open space.
Pearl Street is a historic pedestrian mall located in downtown Boulder, Colorado. The street is lined with a variety of shops, restaurants, and businesses, and is a popular destination for both locals and visitors. While Pearl Street's namesake remains a mystery, it has remained the centerpoint of the Boulder experience since its creation.
